I am an Executive Coach, Team Coach, and Leadership & Change Consultant who works with senior leaders and their teams to create a step change in their effectiveness and impact as inclusive leaders. I am passionate about helping leaders find their voice so that they are authentic and real. I support leaders in creating strong collective leadership with their teams that drives growth and success and an environment where everyone can perform their best.

I have been in the field of leadership and organisational change for around 30 years including 17 years in senior global roles, latterly as SVP Organisational Effectiveness for an FTSE 100 company of 40,000 people in 71 countries. I understand what it’s like to lead at a senior level in organisations, the challenge of industry disruption, and the need for strategic and cultural change to achieve business results in a way that it is inclusive for all. This experience provides the context that informs my Executive Coaching and Team Coaching.

I was on faculty at Cranfield School of Management for six years where I also completed my MBA. I have been trained across a variety of disciplines including executive coaching, Systemic Team Coaching ™, gestalt, NLP, somatic intelligence, personal development, psychometrics, diversity and inclusion, resilience, PROSCI change management, positive psychology and neuroscience. As a research-based practitioner who believes in personal change, I am committed to my own development as a consultant, leader and human being.

I bring together my experience of leading global change in organisations with a deep understanding of human behaviour science, leadership and personal development to help individuals and teams achieve their purpose through powerful relationships that increase their impact, personal and business growth. Whether I’m working one-to-one with an individual leader or with a leader and their leadership team, I bring challenge and support to probe what’s not being said to introduce fresh thinking about what’s possible in a space where it feels safe to explore and experiment.
